It’s all good news! Most of our educational training materials ship within two business days from when you place your order.
All orders are shipped from the production floor in Kamloops, British Columbia Canada. During the purchase process you have the option to choose between Economy shipping, Ground or Expedited services. Simply choose the shipping option that best fits your needs and budget.

Canceling an Order
We ship most orders within 24 hours, which is ideal for keen managers that want training to get underway as soon as possible, but not always for canceling orders. Please contact customer service and we will do our best to change or cancel orders that have not already shipped. If the order you would like to cancel has already shipped, you can still make a return. We do request that you cover the cost of shipping.
